Shipping policy
We offer a Free delivery service on all orders over £100 and in most cases be sent Next day ( stock dependent )
When it comes to sending your order, we offer various shipping options. To help you understand when your parcel will be delivered we have given a breakdown of the various shipping options.
We always aim to dispatch orders the day we receive them (depending on the items being in stock). However, we have a cut off of 2:30pm for Next Day daily orders. So please be aware that orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
During busier times we will give priority to Next Day and then UK Priority orders. Bearing this in mind, we always do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order within the timeframe that you have chosen though.
Email of your tracking should be sent via the system or in your Custom Riders personal account. But we can resend via request.
Note we work Monday to Friday and all orders place after 2:30pm Friday will be sent on the Next working day ( not Bank Holidays )
All Bikes sent are Boxed flat packed and will require assembly once delivered by a professional mechanic for any warranty to be valid. Please note due to the larger size of some bikes it has been know for courier's not to be get all parcels on their van and can take 2 days even though we pay for a next day service .
UK Mainland
For the UK mainland we offer three different shipping options:
UK Mainland Priority (Within 2- 5 Working Days) – This is our most popular service. Parcels shipped out on this service will generally be dispatched within a day or two of receipt and generally delivered within 3 working days.
The charge for this service is £3.99 This service is free on orders over £99.99.
UK Next Working Day – Will be dispatched and delivered the Next Working Day (courier Dependent). Orders placed after 2:30pm will be processed the next working day and orders on Friday after 2:30pm will be processed on the Monday.
The charge for this service is £6.99. This service is free on orders over £99.99.
UK Saturday Next Day – This is for Parcels sent on a Friday 2:30pm cut off for Saturday only (courier Dependent). Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day orders on Friday after 2pm will be processed on the Monday for Tuesday delivery.
The charge for this service is £12.00
UK Sunday Next Day – This is for Parcels sent on a Friday 2.30pm cut off for Sunday only (courier Dependent). Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day orders on Friday after 2:30pm will be processed on the Monday for Tuesday delivery.
The charge for this service is £12.00
Note
For Northern / Southern Ireland, Islands and Highlands address please note this can take 1-2 days extra even if you select a next day delivery this is out of our control and we rely on our Shipping partners We use Royal Mail for small items and DPD local for Larger or express services.
Europe / International Shipping
Should be worked out at the basket stage of the order but if thing don't look right may be best to Email in to get a quote info@customriders.com
DUE to BREXIT their is duty to pay in your country if the order is over £135. We are not responsible for any DUTY or extra Handling charges from your local courier.
But you will not pay the UK 20 % VAT on your orders.
We cannot refund postage Fees on returned EU orders unless it's due to our mistake and any refused orders to EU where duty was not paid will be have to pay the return handling fee this will be deducted from your refund total.
